White Cliffs of Dover Day Trip

A great day trip idea, it's just over a 2 hour drive from North London, and depending on what time you leave you may have time for a stop over in Canterbury on the way back.

At the turn around point there’s a lighthouse with bathrooms, a tea house and a curio shops that sells ice cream. Deck chairs and picnic tables. You might be able to see France from here over the English channel. My mobile phone welcomed me to France once or twice connecting to their towers for a moment 😅
